Functions at the Rose and Crown

Our location as the “nearest country pub to London” surrounded by fields and at the top of the valley makes our gardens an extremely attractive place to hold a special event.

We have a large marquee which leads out on to a wooden deck with amazing views down into the valley. We can hold evnets for up to 20 people under the canopy in our courtyard and depnding on the time and day we can hold functions inside in the restaurant.

The location and our ability to deliver high quality food for large events makes the Rose and Crown an excellent place to hold a wedding, large birthday party, charity or fundraising event, or any other significant party.

The Marquee can hold up to 80 people for a sit down meal and up to 120 for standing up/ dancing and a buffet.

We are now licensed until 1am on Friday and Saturday and 12pm during the week.

The Marquee is served by an outside garden bar, however table service is guaranteed for large sit down bookings and is negotiable for other functions.

There is also the possibility of hiring all or part of the garden.

Menus for meals and buffets are all negotiable and our chefs will discuss your requirements with you so that you get a menu to suit both your taste and your budget.
