A great little room that can accomodate anything from a business lunch with presentations on the plasma screen, to intimate school reunion parties or quite often new Mums and their babies all meeting for coffee and rusks.
There is normally no hire fee for the Jolly Farmer Room and it is popular so please call early to book.

36 inch screen at one end of the Jolly Farmer Room (see above).
Perfect for office presentations with laptop hookup available and DVD player available.

| Projector Screen (Major Sporting Events) |
We have a good quality projector that produces a very sharp, colourful image.
Normally only used for major sporting events or at specific customer request.

| Large Car Park |
|
Parking available in the adjacent car park for about 40 cars.

| Decking and Patio Area |
|
The decking in front of the pub is a great sun trap and perfect for watching the world go by with beautiful views out over Gold Hill Common. The patio area to the side of the pub provides additional seating and the option to follow the sun as it moves round the building.

| External Dining |

You are welcome to eat wherever you like and we provide table service to all external areas. Please note that if the pub is really busy you may need to come in and order at the bar.

The ladies toilet on the restaurant side of the pub provides baby changing facilities.

| Toys for Kids |

In the Jolly Farmer room we have a toy box to help keep our younger customers amused.

High chairs are available upon request.

| Outdoor Play Area & Sandpit |
|
The play area to one side of the pub offers a sandpit, playhouse, toys and rubber flooring. There are tables and chairs in the adjacent where parents can enjoy some food and drink whilst keeping an eye on the mischief makers. The play area is available throughout the summer months.

The entire pub is now non smoking, however we have a covered, heated smoking area to the side of the pub. |
| DJ Decks and Sound System |

We have some high quality CD decks, mixer and PA System that is available for hire if you are hosting an event at the Village Hall.

| Cigarette & Quiz Machines |
|
Our cigarette machine stocks all the favourite brands and the quiz machine has a wide range of fun games that test a variety of mental skills.

| Marquee Available (also available to hire for your own events) |

We have a good sized marquee that can be erected to one side of the pub or on the decking to add an extra sheltered area for you event.
We also offer the marquee for hire at events hosted off site - please contact us for a quote.
